Our Pieces

Every piece is authentic, unique, and is a part of rewriting our own stories through fashion, creating truly wearable art.

Each garment is a vibrant canvas, weaving together West African heritage with American fashion innovation, sparking dialogue and honoring shared humanity. Our designs merge cotton, wool, leather, and Niger fabrics, reflecting the rich traditions and stories of the artisans we partner with. These unique creations are more than clothing—they are bold expressions of culture, history, and individuality, designed to inspire and connect. By prioritizing ethical production and environmental consciousness, we ensure every piece supports both the planet and the families of our collaborators, fostering economic empowerment and cultural pride.

The Making of a Gracist

Gracist is a documentary that serves as an invitation to a conversation. Centered around the Gracist clothing line, the film examines the transformative power of design as both armor and bridge, weaving together narratives of diversity, resilience, and artistry. Each garment, crafted from fragments of fabrics collected across cultures, becomes a canvas for dialogue.

Through intimate interviews, behind the scenes moments, and editorial visuals, the film reveals how clothing can embody collective memory and challenge audiences to confront both personal and shared histories. Gracist is about what we wear and what those choices say, and the conversations they ignite.

Director’s Statement by Alex Worth

As a filmmaker, I believe stories are at their most powerful when they break silence and spark dialogue. Gracist began as a collaboration with a clothing line but quickly became a deeper exploration of how fabric, fashion, and identity can intersect to challenge and inspire. I wanted to create a film that does not just showcase clothing but holds space for conversation, sometimes uncomfortable, always necessary. The patchwork nature of these garments mirrors the patchwork of our society: different textures, colors, and stories stitched together. My hope is that this documentary invites audiences to reflect, engage, and carry the conversation beyond the screen.
